Individual
and group supervision

Level'In coaches are required to undergo mandatory internal and external supervision every year, both individually and collectively.

Supervision supports the coachee through the coach, giving time and space for reflexion : strengthening the coaching relationship and helping the coachee to feel safe.
External training in methods and tools

Every year, Level'In invests in individual and group training for its coaches.

These trainings aim to continually enrich the team's expertise (3 coaches recently trained in MBTI*).

Intervisions
Level'In has designed and set up a content - sharing sessions system enabling each coach in turn to nourish the collective with new knowledge and approaches (co-development, narrative approaches, readings, etc.).
